Individualized, Evidence‑Based Care Guided by Measurable Outcomes
At Mental Health Solutions, we believe meaningful progress is achieved through personalized, data‑informed care—because mental health is never one‑size‑fits‑all. Rather than applying a generic approach, we integrate current research, evidence‑based practices, and clinical expertise with ongoing outcome monitoring to tailor treatment to your unique goals, strengths, and preferences. Our work is guided by both compassion and data, ensuring care is responsive, measurable, and effective.
We provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy and counseling for children and adolescents and adults and older adults. Treatment is collaborative and goal‑driven, using clinical insight and outcome measures to track progress, refine interventions, and support meaningful, sustained change.
Therapy sessions typically last 45–60 minutes, with frequency and duration individualized based on clinical need, treatment goals, and response to care. Many concerns are effectively addressed through short‑term, focused therapy (approximately 10–12 sessions), while more complex or long‑standing challenges may benefit from longer‑term engagement supported by ongoing assessment and outcome data to guide treatment decisions.
We help you achieve clarity, growth, and tangible progress. We maintain strong professional relationships with therapists and psychologists across the Twin Cities metro area, and when needs extend beyond our scope, we are committed to connecting you with a clinician best suited to support your goals. This is our promise.
Services are offered online and in person at our Eden Prairie, MN and Eagan, MN locations. We invite you to schedule a free consultation or initial appointment to ensure alignment, shared goals, and the right fit—because the strongest outcomes begin with the right partnership and a clear plan.
Our clinicians are trained in a wide range of evidence‑based therapeutic frameworks and bring experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. By combining clinical expertise with data‑driven outcome monitoring, we provide thoughtful, results‑oriented solutions tailored to each individual we serve.

Fees, Insurance, & Good Faith Estimates
Therapy services range in prices from $150.00 - $250 per session, based on time and service. We are in-network with most major insurance companies to include: Medica, UMR, MA, UCARE, BCBS, HP, Tricare, HennepinHealth, and United Healthcare. We also accept private pay, sliding-scale, and can work with you on various payment options that fit your specific situation.
Effective January 1, 2022, a ruling went into effect called the “No Surprises Act” which requires practitioners to provide a “Good Faith Estimate” about out-of-network care. Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act (PHSA), health care providers and healthcare facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in an insurance plan or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan, that prior to service they are entitled to receive (both orally and in writing) a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges. A Good Faith Estimate shows the costs of items and services that are reasonably expected for your health care needs for a service. The estimate is based on information known at the time the estimate was created.
Should this apply to you, your healthcare provider will gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day prior to the start of service. If you are billed more than this Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate or the dispute process, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
