Lilli Jorgens, ma
Mental Health Therapist
Lilli works with children (ages 8 and up), adolescents, and adults, bringing clinical experience across a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, life transitions, relational conflict, identity, and neurodivergence. Her passion for this work runs deep and dates back to childhood, when she first discovered a love for helping others and truly listening to the stories and experiences that make each person who they are.
As a clinician, Lilli is guided by curiosity and open-mindedness, and she places great importance on building a genuine, trusting therapeutic relationship with every client she works with. She believes that strong rapport is the foundation on which meaningful growth and healing can happen.
Lilli takes an integrative and individualized approach to therapy, tailoring her work to the unique needs, background, and goals of each person she sees. She meets clients exactly where they are in their journey — whether they are stepping into a therapy room for the very first time or bring years of prior experience with therapeutic services. Her integrative style draws on person-centered and strengths-based counseling modalities, while also incorporating an exploration of early attachment patterns and a trauma-informed lens throughout her work. Depending on each client's needs, she may utilize approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic-based techniques.
Lilli places a strong emphasis on the mind-body connection and holistic mental health care, helping clients build skills to regulate their nervous systems and cultivate a deeper sense of overall wellbeing. Ultimately, her goal is for every client to feel seen, heard, and understood — and to leave therapy feeling empowered to live a values-based life that feels authentic and fulfilling to them. She would be honored to be part of your journey.
Outside of the therapy room, Lilli finds joy and grounding in spending time in nature, getting lost in a good book, cooking, and savoring quality moments with the people she loves.
