Meet Sarah Nelson
Licensed Clinical Social Worker | Board-Approved Supervisor
Sarah is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and approved clinical supervisor who provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. In addition to her private practice, she works as a school social worker, offering a well-rounded, real-world understanding of the challenges facing youth and families today.
As a mother of three teenagers, Sarah brings both professional expertise and personal insight into her work with parents and adolescents. She understands the complexities of family life and is dedicated to helping families build stronger, more supportive connections.
Sarah specializes in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, stress, emotional regulation difficulties, and relationship challenges. She uses evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique strengths, goals, and life experiences.
Sarah is known for creating a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental therapy environment where clients feel safe, heard, and understood. She believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful and lasting change.
